Privacy policy
Plain-language summary first, details below. We collect only what we need to confirm, deliver and support your order, and we never sell your data.

The short version
- To take an order we need your name, phone number, delivery address and (optionally) email.
- Order updates go to the WhatsApp number you gave us unless you untick that at checkout.
- Deal emails and WhatsApp deals are opt-in only. Every email has an unsubscribe link; reply STOP on WhatsApp.
- Payments are processed by MTN Mobile Money or Paystack. We never see or store card details.
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time (see Data deletion).
Who we are
TechTitan Ghana (“we”, “us”) is a retailer of smartphones, accessories and printer toners based in Accra, Ghana. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact: info@techtitangh.com or our official WhatsApp number shown on this site.
What we collect and why

Legal basis
We process order and payment data to perform the contract with you; delivery updates on WhatsApp under that contract (you can turn them off); marketing messages only with your consent; and browsing analytics under our legitimate interest in running the shop, in a way that does not identify you until you choose to give us your details.
Who we share it with
- Payment providers: MTN Mobile Money and Paystack process your payment. Paystack receives your email and the amount; card details go to Paystack directly.
- Messaging: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) delivers WhatsApp messages; Brevo delivers our emails.
- Delivery: our riders and courier partners receive your name, phone number and address for the delivery.
- Hosting and tooling: the servers and error-monitoring services that run this site, under agreements that limit their use of the data.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
- Orders, receipts and payment records: 6 years, as required for accounting and tax.
- Browsing events: 180 days, then deleted.
- Marketing consent and unsubscribe records: for as long as we send you marketing, plus a record that you unsubscribed.
- Account data: until you delete the account.
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies: tt_vid (a random visitor id, one year) for interest tracking and linking a browsing session to an order; tt_access and tt_refresh (sign-in session, only if you log in); and a cookie that remembers your cart in this browser. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to marketing, and withdraw consent at any time. Message us on WhatsApp or email info@techtitangh.com from the number or address on your order. We respond within 14 days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
Security
Connections to this site are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed. Access to order data is limited to staff who need it to fulfil and support orders. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever discover a breach that affects you, we will tell you.
Children
Our products are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell existing customers by email or WhatsApp.
