Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Here is how, and what happens next.

Last updated 30 October 2026

How to ask

  1. Message our official WhatsApp number or email info@techtitangh.com with the words “delete my data”.
  2. Send it from the phone number or email address you used with us, so we can be sure it is you. If you can't, include an order reference (TT-…) and we will verify another way.
  3. We confirm receipt within 2 working days and complete the deletion within 14 days.

What we delete

  • Your customer profile: name, phone number, email, addresses, consent choices.
  • Your account, saved printers and wishlist, if you created an account.
  • Browsing and interest data linked to you, and your visitor cookie's history.
  • Marketing subscriptions. We keep a minimal “do not contact” record so we don't message you again by mistake.
  • Reviews you wrote, unless you ask us to keep them under a pseudonym.

What we must keep

Ghanaian accounting and tax rules require us to keep records of completed sales (order reference, items, amounts, payment method and date) for 6 years. We anonymise those records so they no longer identify you, but the transaction itself remains in our books.

Messages you sent us

WhatsApp conversations live on WhatsApp's systems as well as ours. We delete our copies; you can delete the chat on your side. Meta's own retention is described in WhatsApp's privacy policy.

Simply stopping messages instead

If you only want the marketing to stop, you don't need to delete anything: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP on WhatsApp. Order updates for a live order continue until it is delivered.

Questions about how we use data in general are answered in the privacy policy.
